Jane Goldberg, Ph.D. is a Doctor of Transformational Psychology, a licensed Marriage, Family & Child Therapist, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, a Distinguished Fellow of the National Expressive Therapy Association. She is a founding board member of the International Expressive Art Therapy Association. Dr. Goldberg has been leading training programs, college seminars and group workshops locally, nationally, and internationally for over 18 years.

From 1991 through 1998, Dr. Goldberg was the Creator/Director of the Post Masters Certificate Program in Expressive Arts Therapy at the University for Humanistic Studies in San Diego. In April, 1999 she became the Director of the newly state approved M.A. & Ph.D. Programs in Expressive Arts Therapy at the San Diego University of Integrative Studies.

As a psychotherapist in private practice, Jane has also worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, local high schools, and battered women’s shelters. Her advanced training also includes memory retrieval and regression therapy.

As an artist and a student of Jewish Renewal & Native American Spirituality, Jane continues to define and deepen her connection to the creative spirit which lives in us all.
